Guys, I sorted it. This is what i did: Instead of installing the 'cIOS38_rev14-installer' on IOS 36 i did it on IOS 250, some people said you can use IOS 269 but that did not work for me. So that solved it.and i just followed rest of the guide. In addition i used the USB_Loader_Pack to launch my Mario game and this work like a gem. I suggest you follow the USB_Loader_Pack guide on here if you need it, look at Larrys sig its all there.
