It is all original paint. And graphics. The front wheel and tire are the only parts that look like they are not original to the bike. The light is untested, but complete. The TROXEL seat is in great shape with a clean tag and no tears in the cover. There is some light rust, grease and dirt.

The front sprocket has grease on it. The chrome underneath is in great shape. The chrome on the plastic light housing is worn off in places. The rear hub is a early KOMET SUPER coaster brake. This is a super cool vintage 1980 AMF Roadmaster BLACK GOLD 10 speed bike built December 15th. 1979 that has been nicely restored by being completely disassembled cleaned, masked and scuffed before respraying with original style satin black. All brand new wheels, tires, tubes and chain.

This amazingly styled bike features the Shimano Positron fully indexed shifting system. The single two way spring loaded shifter enables sequential shifting 1st through 10th gears. Very fun to ride with quick precise shifts. Brand new Shimano Positron specific non-strand solid steel rear derailleur cable. All other cable on front derailleur and both brakes are stranded style original cables.

This bike is 100% American made and is a bit heavier with the steel wheels and frame. But rides nice and smoothly like a Cadillac. This is a rare piece of vintage Americana! Here we have a lovely vintage AMF Roadmaster made circa the 1950s. The bike features chrome fenders.

Whitewall tires, a beautiful chainring with the unique carved out star pattern, a front rack, and an internal 3 speed hub. This was a barn find and is being sold as is. There are chips and scratches in the paint, a bit of rust, the front tire probably needs replacing, and the gears need adjusting. Would make a nice restoration project. Vintage 1963 AMF Roadmaster Jr. Boy's or Girls bicycle with Mattel V-Rroom Engine. For adoption to be valued as a classic bicycle.

There was a bar that went across designating it a boys bike but that was removed to fit the V-rroom Engine. The bike was also modified with a banana seat and high handle bars.

There is a Royce Union duel horn on the front and wire but the wire is not connected. The button is missing too. It runs on battery but I don't know if it still works. Under the horn is a spring clasp to hold a newspaper.

There is a headlight on the handlebars with the brand name of Tanita Light. It runs on battery but I don't know if it still works. It needs cleaning. There is a classic Mattel V-Rroom Engine on the bike. On the handle bars is a speed-sound dial with original key to operate it. Here is a link to a 1963 TV commercial.
